Go to terriqon.com and click Start Free Trial. Enter your organization name, work email address, and a password to create your account. No credit card is required — your full 14-day trial begins immediately with access to all platform features.
Set up your organization
After signing in, you land in the Organization Admin dashboard. Enter your organization’s display name and configure your basic settings — including your default timezone and preferred report language. These settings apply across all projects and reports in your account.
Build your first form
Navigate to Forms in the left sidebar and click New Form. Give your form a name, then use the drag-and-drop builder to add the fields your field team will fill in. For any field that captures personally identifiable information — such as a beneficiary’s name, phone number, or GPS location — toggle the PII tag on that field. Terriqon will automatically strip those values before your data reaches the AI reporting pipeline.
Invite your field officers
Go to Team and click Invite. Enter the email addresses of the Field Officers you want to add. Each person receives an invitation email with instructions to install the Terriqon PWA on their phone or tablet — no app store required. Field Officers are the only role that consumes billable seats on your plan.
Create a project
Navigate to Projects and click New Project. Give your project a name, select the form you just built, and assign the Field Officers who will collect data for this project. Projects keep your submissions, reports, and team access organized in one place.
Collect your first submissions
Ask one of your Field Officers to open the Terriqon PWA on their device. They’ll see the assigned form and can begin filling it in immediately — whether they have internet access or not. If they’re offline, the submission is saved locally and syncs to the platform automatically as soon as connectivity is detected. You’ll see incoming submissions appear in your project dashboard in real time.
Generate your first AI report
Once you have enough validated submissions, navigate to Reports and click Generate Report. Select the report type that fits your need — Project, Ops, Donor, or Portfolio — and confirm. Terriqon validates the data, strips PII, and drafts the report. When the draft is ready, review it in the report editor, make any manual edits you need, and click Approve to finalize it. The report is only available for download after your approval.
