# Introduction to Terriqon: AI-Powered Field Reporting

Terriqon is an offline-first field reporting platform built for organizations that operate where connectivity is unreliable and accountability to funders is non-negotiable. It connects your field team's raw data submissions to polished, AI-generated reports — with mandatory human approval at every step — so you spend less time writing and more time doing the work that matters.

## What Terriqon does

Terriqon compresses a process that once took weeks into a workflow your team can complete in hours. The platform follows three clear stages:

1. **Build and deploy your form.** Use the drag-and-drop form builder to design your data collection form. Mark any sensitive fields for automatic PII protection, then publish the form to your field officers' devices as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

2. **Your field team submits data.** Field Officers open the Terriqon PWA on their phone or tablet and fill in the form — whether they're online or deep in a zero-signal zone. Submissions are stored locally and auto-sync to the platform the moment connectivity returns.

3. **AI drafts the report; you approve it.** Once enough validated submissions are available, Terriqon's AI pipeline strips PII, aggregates your data, and drafts a structured report. A manager reviews the draft and either approves it for download or rejects it with written feedback. No report leaves the platform without a named human sign-off.
