### Getting Started

  <Accordion title="Is my field data secure and private?">
    Yes. All data is encrypted in transit. Before any AI processing, Terriqon runs an automated PII stripping pipeline that removes names, phone numbers, GPS coordinates, IDs, and other identifiers. AI reports are generated from aggregated, sanitised metrics only — never from raw personal data. Every report also requires a named manager to approve it before it can be downloaded or shared.

  <Accordion title="Is there a free trial?">
    Yes. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You won't be automatically charged at the end of the trial; you need to choose a paid plan to continue. Enterprise trials are available on request — contact [support@terriqon.com](mailto:support@terriqon.com) or your sales representative to arrange one.

  <Accordion title="How long does setup take?">
    Most teams are set up and collecting data within 2 hours. You can build a form, invite your field officers, create a project, and have submissions coming in the same day. Our onboarding guide walks you through each step.

### Data Collection

  <Accordion title="Can my team work offline?">
    Yes. The Terriqon PWA works in zero-signal zones. Field officers fill in forms normally — submissions are saved locally on the device. When connectivity returns (WiFi or mobile data), the app syncs automatically. No manual action is required.

  <Accordion title="What devices does Terriqon support?">
    Terriqon works on any modern smartphone, tablet, or computer with a browser. It's a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store download needed. Install it on Android via Chrome using **Add to Home Screen**, on iOS via Safari's Share menu using **Add to Home Screen**, or on desktop using your browser's install icon.

  <Accordion title="How do GPS fields work?">
    When a field officer fills in a GPS field, the app uses the device's built-in location services to capture coordinates. GPS accuracy is best outdoors. In buildings, the **Use my best available location** option lets them proceed with reduced accuracy. All GPS coordinates are stripped before AI processing.

  <Accordion title="How accurate are the AI-generated reports?">
    The AI engine is specifically tuned for NGO and field data contexts. It generates reports from your structured, validated data — not from raw text or assumptions. You have full editorial control to review and modify every section before approving. The system also flags low-quality data (too few submissions, too many blank fields) and routes those cases to human review instead of auto-generating a potentially misleading report.

  <Accordion title="What are the four report types?">
    Terriqon supports four AI report types:

    * **Project Report** — a single-project summary of activities, outcomes, and progress.
    * **Ops Report** — a team performance overview designed for managers.
    * **Donor Report** — a funder-ready narrative with outcomes and impact metrics.
    * **Portfolio Report** — a cross-project summary for programme directors.

    Select the appropriate type when generating a report from the Reports section of your dashboard.

  <Accordion title="Can I edit an AI report before approving?">
    Yes. Every section of an AI draft is editable. Click any section inline to edit. Changes are logged in the audit trail. Once you're satisfied, click **Approve Report** to finalise it.

  <Accordion title="Does a report go out automatically?">
    No. Every AI report requires a named Organisation Admin or Manager to review and explicitly approve it. Unapproved drafts cannot be downloaded or shared. If a report is rejected, a written reason is required and permanently logged in the audit trail.

### Billing & Plans

  <Accordion title="Do you offer discounts for NGOs?">
    Yes. Terriqon offers an NGO Verified Discount on annual billing. To apply, email [support@terriqon.com](mailto:support@terriqon.com) with your organisation name and proof of NGO or non-profit status. The team will verify and apply the discount to your account.

  <Accordion title="Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?">
    Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. The 20% discount applies immediately to your next payment.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens to my data if I cancel?">
    After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it. After that, it is deleted from production systems within 90 days. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.

### Account & Team

  <Accordion title="How many Admins and Managers can I have?">
    Unlimited. Organisation Admins and Managers are not seat-counted on any plan. You can have as many as your organisation needs. Seat limits apply only to Field Officers.

  <Accordion title="What happens to data if I suspend a field officer?">
    Their account is deactivated and they can no longer submit data. Their historical submissions and data are fully preserved. They no longer count toward your seat limit. You can reactivate them at any time from the Team Management section of your dashboard.
