Terriqon offers three plans designed to scale with your organization — from small field teams to enterprise operations. Every plan gives your team access to the full Terriqon platform, including offline reporting, real-time dashboards, and AI-assisted report generation. Starter and Growth plans both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can validate the platform before committing.

## NGO Discount

Terriqon offers a verified discount for registered non-governmental organizations on annual billing plans.

To apply the NGO Verified Discount:

1. Choose an annual billing plan (Starter Annual or Growth Annual).
2. Email [support@terriqon.com](mailto:support@terriqon.com) with the subject line **"NGO Discount Request"** and attach proof of your organization's NGO status (such as a registration certificate or exemption letter).
3. The Terriqon team will verify your status and apply the discount to your account, typically within 2 business days.

## Free Trial

Terriqon's Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get access to the full platform for your selected plan tier from day one.

* **No auto-charge at trial end.** When your trial expires, your account is paused rather than automatically billed. You must affirmatively choose a paid plan to continue.
* **Full platform access.** Your trial includes all features of your chosen plan, including offline PWA, AI reports, and dashboards.
* **Enterprise trials** are available on request. Contact [support@terriqon.com](mailto:support@terriqon.com) to arrange a guided Enterprise trial with your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
